Become a Sunshine Pack & Ship® Retail or Logistics Center franchisee. Our Centers’ offerings include: • UPS, FedEx and US Postal Service mail/parcel shipping and receiving • Specialty, custom packaging, crating and shipping of large, awkward or valuable items • Quality shipping supplies • Wrapping, packaging and shipping services • Business support services Three types of Sunshine Pack & Ship® Centers: • Express – “shop-in-shop” businesses inside larger retail or leisure venues. Only $5,000 Franchise Fee. • Retail – typically located in strip malls. Low $15,000 Franchise Fee. • Logistics – commercial warehouse operations that pick up, pack, custom crate and ship large, valuable or fragile items. $35,000 Franchise Fee. Multi-unit and Area Developer Franchises available Low Investment, Low Overhead • currently the lowest initial investment to become a franchisee • Initial Basic Equipment may be leased • only two or three people initially required to operate a Center effectively 877-751-1513Training & SupportSunshine Pack & Ship training and support for its franchisees begins before the sale. We provide guidance and assistance for: ? site selection and lease negotiations ? construction build-out and adaptation of system standards to the specific selected site ? Initial Plan of Action development -- budget, marketing strategies, sales goals, grand opening Basic Initial Investment includes all equipment, signs, fixtures and opening inventory required to be immediately operational. One week of training at Corporate; for Retail and Logistics Centers, additional 4 days on-site at Grand Opening. Additional training available on as-needed basis. Corporate continuously researches and develops new products and service offerings.
