Our Start-Up Manager will work with you from the moment you join the New Horizons team. We will continue with one-week of focused training for you and your staff. Additional support is provided by Regional Managers, Corporate Sales Managers, and many other corporate staff, all dedicated to your success. New Horizons also provides international and regional conferences and training sessions throughout the year and in various locations throughout the world. These sessions present an opportunity for our franchisees to share ideas and best practices used in their local markets. You can feel confident in the New Horizons business model, a model that is at the core of our worldwide network. You will receive a wealth of sales, marketing and promotional materials, and an extensive library of operation manuals and videotapes. New Horizons University Online is your link to our support and training programs, putting network event information and training materials at your fingertips.
