Training (included in your franchise fee) encompasses inventory control, marketing techniques, food preparation and purchasing, labor controls, scheduling and accounting. The Extreme Team is dedicated to meeting your needs. We will keep our commitments to you by devoting our energies and resources to provide the support, programs, products and systems to help you achieve the success that you desire. As an Extreme Team Member, you will receive regular communication from the Extreme Office of new products, equipment, sales tips, and other new items. A Field Representative will make regular visits to your location to review your operation, make suggestions and help find ways to increase your profits.
