Electrical Contracting Business established in 1971 by the current owner's father. There are two experienced and long-term electricians that are the primary revenue producers. The staff also includes office support and field help. The business services a large, multi-location, manufacturing/production business, which has locations locally as well as in other parts of the U.S. This electrical contractor is involved in most electrical work for this account. Additional key clients include mobile home parks, RV parks, communities, and individual businesses and home owners. This would be an ideal "add on" to an existing business, and the customer base and skilled employees would be great enhancements to another electrical contractor. The current owner is retiring; however, he will remain in the area and will work with new owner to ensure a smooth and successful transition. Note: The owner owns the building where the office is located, no rent is being charged currently.
